Is Washington Buying or Selling at the Trade Deadline?

The Washington Football Team is sitting at 2-5, second place in the division coming out of their bye week. We've seen Head Coach Ron Rivera state they are working towards a playoff berth even with a lackluster start to the season.
Luckily, this is the worst division ever and WFT has already beaten the Eagles who hold the division lead half way through the season. For Washington, the formula is simple.. keep plugging along and beat divisional opponents. Following the bye week WFT has a very easy 4 game schedule.

NYG, DET, Cincy, and Dallas are all beatable teams. Carolina and Philly are playing better as of late, but even they would tell you they aren't doing great. That's 6 games we could see a W.
It begs the question..with the trade deadline quickly approaching does Washington buy or sell?
Well, why not both?
This team has players who could be viable options on other teams, but are not getting any snaps on the field due to circumstance. Ryan Anderson and Ryan Kerrigan are two DE's that many teams would take right now, but may not be willing to part ways with a draft pick. Washington is doing their best to trade Haskins, but not sure there is anyone picking up those phone calls.
For Anderson, WFT shouldn't expect to get high compensation..maybe a combination of a 5th or 6th round pick.
For Kerrigan, WFT could see a combination of 5th or 6th rounders. If someone calls with a 4th on the table, take it and hang up.
As far as other selling options at the deadline, we could see Dontrelle Inman moved to create space for a younger receiver on the roster..but to be honest there isn't much DC is willing to give up if they want to make it to the big dance in January.. this is where things could get interesting though, hear me out!
Washington currently has roughly $22 Mil in cap space and if they are 'Buying' at the deadline there are a few names worth throwing out there.
Marvin Jones, Jr. from Detroit is a name that has been floated around as a WFT target at the deadline, someone who can give a Washington a consistent WR2 with excellent hands and a possession option on 3rd downs.
Will Fuller from Houston is another name on the trading block that could provide more gamebreaking speed with McLaurin. In this scenario, I'd feel more comfortable with Jones. More toughness and better on 3rd downs.
The last name I wanted to throw out there is AJ Green. He is disgruntled in Cincy and wants out. While he always seems to be injured, he finds a way to sneak in the trade deadline rumors every year. His value has never been lower, but the former first round pick would be a great compliment to McLaurin's play style. McLaurin is probably what Cincinnati was looking for when they drafted John Ross in 2017. Ross has since busted and they are trying to figure out if he even loves football.
Only issue with these potential deals is Rivera says he prefers trading for players who will be here "past December". Soo that might disqualify Marvin Jones and AJ Green.. but hey, everyone is movable for the right value, this can go both ways.
The reality is Washington may be quiet in this year's deadline.
In my opinion this team has too many holes to be an aggressive buyer in 2020, but if you can acquire draft compensation for a couple players then do it. You won't miss Ryan Anderson or Dwayne Haskins. If there is an opportunity to get a playmaking WR2, don't dismiss it Ron! This team needs more juice at Wide Receiver if they want any chance to make the playoffs.
Then again, I will gleefully stand corrected if I am wrong.
